Our special journey in real estate began with Jordan's immersion in the investment side, working with the largest real estate investment groups in the country. As the former General Manager of Institutional Partnerships at Opendoor, Jordan oversaw the acquisition and sale of over 30,000 homes, providing invaluable insights into property management and investment strategies.

Emily brings her decade-long passion for real estate and a wealth of knowledge to our team. With a background in Sales, Growth, Training, and Support initiatives at high-growth startups, Emily's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate roles. She served as the Head of Real Estate Growth at a tech company before focusing her energy on serving clients in Hawai‘i's competitive market. Together, we co-founded a syndicated investment fund with a portfolio of 58 rental properties across three states, including Hawai‘i, aiming to empower everyday investors to generate passive income through real estate.

Jordan ran multiple buy side teams during his 9 years at Opendoor. From 2016-2018 he ran the retail buyer team that sold hundreds of homes to non-represented buyers, many of them first time home buyers across 3 states. From 2018-2025 he ran a brokerage & sales team that purchased thousands of homes on behalf of large institutional buyers (REITS, Private Equity, etc) across 30+ markets.

We are experienced in the current Hawai’i market and can help. As real estate investors ourselves we have hired and fired countless property managers ranging from local agents to national companies. We consider ourselves a boutique focused on the mid to high end market. Our goal is to be hands on managers for our clients which is why we seek to cap our North Shore property management business at 40 properties rather than scaling up significantly. We currently manage 15 North Shore properties since launching in early 2024.

Property management is a tough business and we know how to strike the balance between maximizing returns while also providing a quality resident experience. In addition to property management we also guide our owners through strategic decisions like major cap ex projects and timing the market to sell.
